Mortgage Beaters is an independent mortgage broker with two major points of difference. The first is that we are entirely internet-based. Everything we do is done via email and phone.
It’s convenient for you, our customers, as there are no meetings to attend and it means that our expert advisers can find you the best possible mortgage in the shortest space of time.
The second is that we don’t charge brokerage fees- unless it is an adverse credit case. Together they explain why our customers come back to us time and time again and why they are happy to refer us to their friends and colleagues.
Being independent means that we have access to every single lender and every mortgage on the market. In addition we are the only broker that offers the Joint Equity mortgage scheme which puts first time buyers in touch with private investors to enable the first time buyer to get on to the property ladder.
